The #TEAMGREEN would like to inform you about significant and exciting changes in our company that will take effect immediately. With effect from June 11, 2024, pyropower GmbH, represented by Sebastian Kiessling and Lucie Töpfer, has taken over the shares of Prof. Dr. Berg. As the new shareholder, Ms. Töpfer will be responsible for finance (CFO) and sales (CMO). Prof. Dr. Berg is withdrawing from all company holdings for reasons of age and personal reasons. It was very important to him to hand over his shares into trustworthy and valued hands. We would like to thank him warmly for his visionary leadership and tireless commitment.

As part of this takeover, our company will operate under the name ClinX Energy Systems GmbH in future. This decision marks another significant step towards long-term product manufacturing of our innovative ClinX biomass cogeneration plant. It also opens doors for us to new customer groups in the field of energy concepts and consulting. Our aim is to establish ourselves as a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions and pave the way to a greener future.

CLINX ENERGY SYSTEMS: NEW LOGO FOR RECOGNITION

Of course, a new chapter also deserves a fresh look. With the restructuring, we are introducing a new logo that carries the already protected brand name ClinX and our corporate purpose “Energy Systems” in the figurative mark. This logo is intended to clearly position our brand and promote recognition. It stands for our innovative spirit and our commitment to sustainable energy. We understand that such changes may initially cause concern. However, we can assure you that these changes will bring positive developments for everyone involved. The integration of the new management team from the operational business will make us even faster and more flexible so that we can respond more efficiently to your needs. For our customers, this means that we can expand our GreenTech product portfolio and improve our services. The quality and reliability of our biomass CHP plants will remain central. Everything remains the same for our suppliers too: Their contracts and business relationships with us will remain unchanged. The new structure strengthens our position in the market and enables closer cooperation, leading to mutual growth and success. We look forward to further expanding our partnerships and developing innovative solutions together.

For our network partners and friends of the company, the change of name to ClinX Energy Systems GmbH means an even stronger focus on sustainable energy solutions and innovative technologies.
