HEAT EXCHANGER FOR CLINX CHP PLANT
The new generation of heat exchangers is identical in its basic structure and functional principle to the heat exchangers that we installed in our first ClinX systems in 2017. The now two-stage heat transfer is new . A higher alloyed preliminary stage guarantees a longer product life cycle at high temperatures of up to 950 degrees. This preliminary stage can be easily replaced without having to change the entire heat exchanger. Above all, this saves maintenance costs in the long term.
In addition, it is now possible, if necessary, to install a cleaning system which, depending on the fuel, also extends the maintenance cycles, since the heat exchanger can also be cleaned during operation.
